Mon, July 23, 2007 - 10:16 AMThe show was fun. Beautiful, HOT day. We had the whole back of the bowl, it was awesome. I saw Bret's cowboy hat from a distance....
DB's and STS9 were good, nothing too earth shattering for mid-afternoon sets.
SCI alternated between god-awful and pretty good. I liked the covers, and they played Best Feeling and Birdland, which was cool. I just can't stand Kang. They sang Marley's Stir it Up....and Kang enunciates the IT part. Stiiir IT Up. I'm laughing my ass off, like, dude, fucking slur it.
And my heckling was preempted by a friend giving me a button that had the word HATE on it, with a line through it. So I couldn't be a hater. -
