Tue, April 18, 2006 - 7:56 AMI went to an authentic seder at a friends house last Friday. He had 20 people over, and made homemade matzoh ball soup, brisket, farfel, etc. We drank tons of wine, and I basically led the seder for the first time. No one seemed to know what to do exactly, or the order of the seder, so I kind of took over. It was cool to know that I remembered what my Dad taught me.
Then afterwards, my friend and I went to a house party and drank beer. Like bad Jews :) -

But the important thing is that you led the seder beforehand... so it balanced out nicely, which makes you a pretty decent Joo.
We had our seder last night (yeah yeah, not traditional, but our family wasn't much of one to follow tradition all that closely)... and as far as the ceremonial prayers/readings we did a lovely toast and chugged on some rum..... aahhhh, good times! Now you know what a "bad Joo" is (so you have something to compare to for next Pesach).

Oh, and I neglected to add that we had apple-smoked pork bacon wrapped around asparagus tips (but the bacon was uber crispy, so does that still count?).
